PRIVATE SESSIONS

One-on-one work built entirely around you. We assess where you are, identify what’s limiting you, and build a practice that addresses it directly. No generic sequences. No wasted sessions.

Ideal for: specific physical issues, chronic stress, deepening an existing practice, or starting from scratch with proper foundations.

Sessions cover movement, recovery, meditation, and — where relevant — lifestyle factors like sleep, stress, and nutrition.
