Functional Resilience — Movement, Repair, and Meditation

Hi, I’m Ergin.
For 15 years, I have been building a bridge between clinical science and traditional discipline. One side is rooted in research and clinical training. The other is rooted in years of practice under teachers who had spent their lives doing one thing.
This path has carried me from the busy clinics of India to the silent monasteries of Nepal; from the wild energy of Thailand to the peaceful rice fields of Bali.
One side of my practice leans on science — grounded in a Post-Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy from S-VYASA University and two years of clinical work at Arogyadhama Hospital. I never stop following modern literature. This provides the “why” and the safety behind every movement.
The other side is rooted in tradition — years of practice in monasteries, under teachers who had dedicated their lives to these disciplines. I do not use science to reject tradition. I use it to translate ancient wisdom for the modern mind.
I have worked with hundreds of people — managing the Kaivalya Yoga Studio in Istanbul, leading over 30 immersive retreats, and training groups ranging from corporations to schools and sports academies.
My goal is Functional Resilience. A body that works. A mind that doesn’t collapse under pressure. A practice you can actually sustain.
I don’t see myself as a teacher. I see myself as a fellow traveler — fifteen years ahead on the same road.
