One-on-one work is different. There’s no group pace to follow, no generic sequence to endure. We start with where you actually are — what’s stuck, what’s compensating, what’s been ignored — and we build from there.
This isn’t “personalized yoga.” It’s a diagnostic and a protocol.

WHAT WE WORK ON

Specific physical issues or chronic pain. Stress and anxiety. Deepening an existing practice. Or starting from scratch with proper foundations.

Beyond movement: Sessions can also cover sleep quality, stress patterns, and daily habits that affect how you feel and function.

HOW IT WORKS AND PACKAGES

We start with a free consultation — no commitment, just a conversation. From there, we build a plan.
For real progress: minimum 2 sessions per week. 3 is the sweet spot. 4 for faster results.

  • Introductory 3-Session: 180 USD
  • Standard 10-Session Package: 600 USD


  • Sessions are conducted online via Zoom.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 18 hours in advance; otherwise, the session will be considered completed.
  • Each 10-session package includes the right to reschedule up to 3 times. Subsequent cancellations will be counted as completed sessions.
  • Support is available via WhatsApp for the duration of your package.
  • Packages are non-transferable.
  • Packages cannot be frozen, canceled, or refunded after purchase. A one-week hold is permitted for each private 10-Session package.
  • Payments can be made bank transfer.
  • Referral Bonus: Refer a friend who joins a 10-session package — you get an extra session on me.
