My method rests on three pillars: Strength (Functional Vinyasa), Repair (Recovery Yoga), and Clarity (Insight Meditation). Each one a live online class, each one part of the same system. You are here because you want structure that actually holds. Something you can sustain.

THE PATHWAYS

01. STRENGTH | FUNCTIONAL VINYASA

Yoga asana, bodyweight strength, and primal movement in one practice. We build a body that holds up under real life.

  • Focus: Strength, Movement Capacity, Endurance.
  • Frequency: 3 days / week — 12 sessions / month.
02. REPAIR | RECOVERY YOGA

The maintenance your body has been asking for. We cool the engine before it burns out — fascia, breath, and deep rest.

  • Focus: Recovery, Joint Health, Stress Relief.
  • Frequency: 2 days / week — 8 sessions / month.
03. THE COMPLETE PRACTICE (Bundle)

Strength without repair is burnout. Repair without strength is fragility. This is the full system.

  • Focus: Total Resilience.
  • Frequency: 5 days / week — 20 sessions / month.

WORKSHOP SERIES

The weekly classes build the practice. The workshops build the depth.

We don’t meditate to relax. We meditate to think clearly when the world gets loud. We sit in the noise until it settles — and find out we can handle it.

  • Standard Ticket: 280 USD (Includes 1 Month Single Track Membership)
  • BONUS: The Integration Month Every workshop ticket includes 1 Month of Single Track Membership. Choose to focus on Functional Vinyasa or Recovery Yoga to integrate the workshop wisdom into your daily routine.  Does not include Complete Practice access.

Active Members: 150 USD (You can simply upgrade your current month’s subscription to include this event by paying the difference.)


POLICIES

Clear rules protect everyone’s practice.

01. PAYMENT & SECURITY
  • The Processor: Please contact me for the payment methods.
  • All-Inclusive: The price you see is the price you pay. All rates are tax-inclusive.
  • Instant Activation: Your journey begins immediately. Membership activates upon purchase and remains valid for the selected duration.
02. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
  • Commitment: Accountability starts with the purchase. All packages are non-refundable to ensure you show up for yourself.
  • No Partial Refunds: You can turn off auto-renewal at any time to prevent future charges. However, if you cancel mid-cycle, your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds or credits are issued for unused days.
  • No Retroactive Changes: Memberships cannot be frozen or extended after the fact.
03. THE PAUSE POLICY (FREEZE OPTION)

We understand life is dynamic. To support your consistency, we offer the following flexibility:

  • Monthly Members: Can pause membership once for up to 7 days.
  • 3-Month Members: Can pause membership for a total of 21 days.
  • The Protocol: Simply notify me via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before you wish to freeze your account. Retroactive freezing requests are not accepted.
04. INTEGRITY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
  • Integrity of the Practice: Your membership is strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing login details or Zoom links breaches the integrity of our container. Please note that such violations will result in immediate termination without a refund.
  • Copyright: All content (live sessions, recordings, written materials) is the exclusive intellectual property of Ergin Ündeğer.
  • Strict Prohibition: Recording, downloading, or publishing any content on social media or other platforms is strictly forbidden. Unauthorized distribution will result in immediate termination and necessary legal action.
