Modern life is relentless. We spend our days hunched over screens, carrying tension we don’t even notice — until the body starts talking back.

I don’t teach “napping.” I don’t teach you how to check out; I teach you how to check back in.

Think of it as fuel. The ancient tradition calls it Prana — the vital energy that runs everything.
When it drops, the body starts signaling: tension, fatigue, anxiety, pain. We don’t just stretch here. We restore the charge.

How it works:

1. We release what the body is holding.

Tightness is rarely just physical. By holding poses in stillness — without forcing — we send a signal of safety. The body lets go when it trusts, not when it is pushed.

2. We restore what has been lost.

Movement brings fresh circulation. Stillness gives it somewhere to go. Together, they flush out tension and return the body to its natural state.

The practice runs on two protocols across the week:

I. SOLAR CURRENTS 🌞

The lower body carries what the upper body refuses to feel. Tight hips. Locked lower back. Legs shortened from years of sitting. Solar Currents works through the hips, lower back, and legs — grounding, activating, and releasing the load they have been silently carrying.

II. LUNAR CURRENTS 🌙

The upper body holds the weight of the modern world. Rounded shoulders. Forward head. Compressed chest.
Lunar Currents works through the chest, shoulders, neck, and wrists. We work with stillness to open what compression has closed.

Together across the week, they address the whole body. One session is maintenance. Two sessions is a system.

This isn’t magic. It is maintenance.
